Phonics is vital for teaching our children how to read and eventually write!
We will keep you up to date each week with the new sounds and tricky words your child has learnt in school. If you can please practice them at home. Your child's home reading book will also be linked to the sounds they have learnt.
We follow the Letters and Sounds scheme for phonics.
