Spring 2:
This half term we are finding out about the authors Debi Gliori and Beatrix Potter who have both written stories for children about animals. We will find out facts about them and write fact files using this knowledge.
We will then move onto reading the classic story of The Tale of Peter Rabbit. We will explore and describe the characters and events in the story and orally retell before we change some parts and create our own!
To help your child you can practise reading and writing the common exception words for Year 1 and 2.
